We are looking for a Banquet and Events Manager to join our award winning team at PGA Catalunya resort. This role will work closely with our conference and catering sales team to oversee and ensure delivery of all banquets,conference and corporate events to the LHW standards. This role is part of the hotel management team and will report to the F&B Director.Key Responsibilities • Overseeing the operational delivery of all conference and banqueting events in line with what was agreed with the client and their expectations • Roster, train and mentor the banqueting team • Coordinate with temporal agencies to get the right employees. Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies • Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment • Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems • Demonstrates knowledge of all departments within t Para acceder al detalle de la oferta haga click aquí
