RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone. - Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment - Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues WE OFFER: - Full-time and long-term contract - Schedule:rotating 9:00-18:00 or 12:00 - 21:00 Monday - Sunday - Salary: 16.000Euros gross/year + up to 3.000Euros gross/year in bonus - Possibility to work part-time. - Real possibility to grow within the company - Opportunity to join our international team - The work is located in Barcelona Center - Relocation Package provided. PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: - German fluent speaker with fluent English - Team player - Willingness to learn and apply new technologies - Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired - Ability to operate in high pressure situations - Good technical skills and knowledge preferable - Excellent communication skills.
